OpenCrate does not currently require user registration or login. No personal information such as names, email addresses, or passwords is collected.

• No user credentials or authentication tokens
• No payment or financial information
• No location data
• No cookies for tracking or advertising purposes

4. Audio Proxy

When you load a playlist, audio is streamed through our server-side proxy. This is necessary for browser-based playback due to cross-origin restrictions. Audio data is:

• Streamed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers
• Cached temporarily (up to 1 hour) for performance purposes only
• Not analyzed, processed, or shared with any third party

5. Server Logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and URLs accessed. These logs are managed by Vercel's privacy policy and are not used by openCreate.club for tracking or profiling.

6. Third-Party Services

OpenCrate interfaces with third-party music platforms (Suno, SoundCloud, Spotify). When you load a playlist, your browser and our server make requests to these platforms. Their respective privacy policies apply to any data they collect.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
