By accessing and using OpenCrate DJ Platform ("the Service"), operated by openCreate.club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OpenCrate is a web-based DJ mixing tool that allows users to load playlists from third-party music platforms and mix tracks in their browser. OpenCrate is a playback and mixing interface — it does not host, store, or distribute music content.

3. Third-Party Content

All music content accessed through OpenCrate belongs to the respective rights holders and is streamed from third-party platforms:

• Suno — AI-generated music content, subject to Suno's terms of service.
• SoundCloud — User-uploaded music content, subject to SoundCloud's terms of use and creator licenses.
• Spotify — Licensed music content, limited to 30-second preview clips as provided by Spotify's platform. Full track playback is not available.

OpenCrate does not claim ownership of any third-party content. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of content complies with the respective platform's terms of service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OpenCrate only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or DRM protections of third-party platforms.
• Record, download, or redistribute audio content accessed through the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the Service.

5. Audio Proxy

OpenCrate routes audio through a server-side proxy to enable browser-based playback. Audio data is streamed in real-time and is not stored, cached beyond the browser session, or made available for download.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OpenCrate does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party content. Third-party platforms may change their APIs or terms at any time, which may affect the Service's functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

openCreate.club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
